We are a busy, well-established estate agency based in Finchley Central, looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Part-Time Property Manager to join our friendly and fast-paced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the successful candidate working primarily from our Finchley Central office and one day per week from home.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works with approved contractors.
• Arranging property inspections and producing detailed reports.
• Handling maintenance enquiries efficiently and ensuring timely resolution.
• Organising compliance requirements, including gas safety, electrical certificates, EPCs, and other statutory obligations.
• Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and deposit matters.
• Liaising with utility providers and local authorities where required.
• Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with current property legislation.
