Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiasticBand 5 Physiotherapistto join ourInpatient Intermediate Care and Stroke Rehabilitation Service in Barnet.

Based acrossFinchley Memorial Hospital and Edgware Community Hospital, you will work as part of a supportive Physiotherapy team and wider multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality rehabilitation to adults with a range of complex physical needs and disabilities followingillness, injury, surgery, stroke or long-term conditions.

You will assess and support patients through individualised rehabilitation programmes, helping to improvemobility, function and independenceand supporting safe transitions through their rehabilitation journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your clinical skills within a varied inpatient rehabilitation environment, working alongside experienced clinicians and contributing to positive outcomes for patients across Barnet.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team, who has the passion and skills for delivering, and maintaining in the team, a high standard of rehabilitation.     

• You will be working with a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Dietitian, Rehabilitation Assistants, Speech and Language therapists and Social Worker
