Summary
SOCIAL MEDIA DUTIES
o Develop, plan, and execute compelling social media campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
o Manage daily social media activities including content creation, take images/videos at our live events, scheduling, and posting to maintain active online presence.
o Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews.
o Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to optimise future strategies.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
o Build and maintain positive relationships with online communities and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
o Assist in managing public relations initiatives through social media outreach and content dissemination.
o Effectively contribute to building the company’s social media platforms
FRONT OF HOUSE DUTIES
o Assist with kitchen activities, including food and beverage service.
o Greeting and assist customers and visitors in a welcoming manner.
o Address and respond to customer enquiries efficiently.
o Provide clear directions and information regarding the premises, including the location of restroom facilities for guests.
o Escalate health and safety incidents as necessary.
o Oversee the safety and well-being of all guests.
o Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
o Offer detailed information about food, beverages, and merchandise available on-site.
o Guide audience members to their designated seating areas.
o Escalate guest complaints promptly for proper management and resolution.
o Work effectively and support the front of house team to ensure competent delivery service.
o Ensure the front of house area is always presentable and well-maintained.
