Summary

Security & Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Security & Cleaning Supervisor to oversee security and cleaning operations within a busy retail environment.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in both security and cleaning supervision.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Valid SIA Licence (essential).

BICS training/certification is advantageous.

Good computer skills, including the ability to use standard office software and reporting systems.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently at all levels.

Ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and maintain high standards of performance and customer service.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate security and cleaning teams to ensure a safe, secure, and clean retail environment.

Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and security.

Manage incidents, respond to emergencies, and complete accurate reports.

Liaise with clients, retail management, contractors, and team members professionally and effectively.

Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling.

Ensure all health & safety, security, and cleaning standards are met at all times.
