Summary:
BPP Care Ltd is recruiting NMC-registered RGN and RMN Nurses to support care homes, nursing homes, and mental health settings across the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan and deliver person-centred nursing care
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records
Lead and support HCAs, liaise with GPs and families
Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and infection control
Carry out clinical duties: wound care, catheter care, BG monitoring etc.
