Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Woodbridge

Norwa Care Solutions is seeking dedicated RGN's to support our partner services across Ipswich and surrounding areas, providing safe, person‑centred nursing care to adults with a range of health needs.

Pay Rates:

Days: starting from £22.00ph (Varies to different Care Home)

Nights: starting from £24.98ph (Varies to different Care Home)

What you’ll do:

- Deliver high‑quality clinical care in line with NMC standards

- Lead and support care teams to ensure safe, effective practice

- Administer medication, complete clinical observations, and maintain accurate documentation

- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes

- Uphold dignity, respect, and choice in every interaction

What we’re looking for:

- Valid NMC registration (RGN)

- Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills

- A caring, reliable, and professional approach

- 1 year paid experience in residential, nursing homes.
