Summary
Staffline are seeking Class 1 Shunter drivers living in or around the Barnsley area.
3 months of experience is required for this role
PAYE rates P/H are as below:
Monday - Thursday
Days - £17.21
PM - £17.87
Nights - £18.59
Friday
Days - £17.95
PM - £18.60
Nights - £19.10
Saturday
Days - £18.87
PM - £19.29
Nights - £21.69
Sunday
Days - £19.20
PM - £19.61
Nights - £22.96
Shift Times:
Days start times between 04:30 - 06:00
Nights start times between 16:30 - 18:00
Your Time at Work
As a shunter, the work will involve:
- Moving trailers on and off the bays
- Moving trailers in and around the depot yard
- Moving trailers to the VMU
Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV Class 1 shunter driver, you will ideally have -
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
- 3 months experience of shunting required
- Turborg experience would be an advantage
