Summary

📌 Role Overview

- Job Title: Fish Header and Trimmer

- Location: Grimsby, UK

- Position: Full-time, Permanent

- Shops/Shift: Day and night shifts available

🐟 Key Responsibilities

- Remove heads from various types of fish quickly and cleanly.

- Trim fillets to remove bones, skin, and belly fat.

- Inspect fish to ensure it meets our high quality and safety standards.

- Use sharp knives and machinery safely every day.

- Clean workstations to maintain strict hygiene rules.

What We Look For

- Experience: Previous knife skills or fish factory experience is preferred but not essential.

- Pace: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-moving environment.

- Fitness: Comfort standing for long periods in a chilled environment.

- Teamwork: A reliable attitude and ability to follow safety instructions.
