We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership located in Kings Lynn, Norfolk. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service within a well-established business. Duties:

- Managing the service process from initial customer contact through to job completion

- Delivering exceptional customer service and developing lasting client relationships

- Advising customers on vehicle repairs, servicing, and maintenance options

- Preparing and maintaining accurate service records

- Upselling additional products and services when appropriate

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retaining client loyalty

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude

- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures (preferred)

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
