Summary

Nursery Play Worker - Crawley Full-time (Open to Job share/part-time) Starting Immediately - Permanent Position

We are currently seeking Level 3 Qualified Nursery Play Workers for a permanent role in one of our partner Nursery schools located in Crawley.

Candidates must be available immediately (notice periods will be considered) and should possess previous experience working within a nursery setting with children aged from newborn to 5 years old. This position offers full-time hours, and job shares will be considered. All applicants must have comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and must hold either a CACHE or NVQ Level 3 qualification.

It is organised into 4 groups/rooms catering to children from newborn to pre-school age.

The Role: We are seeking experienced Nursery Play Workers available to start immediately. Ideal candidates should possess:

Experience supporting young children from newborn to 5 years old.

An exceptional understanding of the current EYFS programme.

A CACHE or NVQ Level 1-3 qualification (or equivalent recognised UK qualification).

The ability to meet the needs of every individual child and feel confident working in both small and large groups.

Availability to provide 2 references (1 must be from the last employer).

Demonstrable 10-year employment/education history.
