What the Role Entails:

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be stepping in to cover classes for teachers who are absent. You'll be delivering pre-planned lessons for Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) students, ensuring they remain engaged and learning. You'll be expected to follow the provided lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and create a positive learning environment while maintaining the smooth flow of lessons.
