We are delighted to be working with a welcoming specialist primary SEN school in Southam to recruit a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher for a permanent position.

With small class sizes of around six pupils, you'll have the time, resources, and support to deliver personalised teaching that helps children achieve their full potential.

Role

As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.

- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

- Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive

- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development through personalised learning

- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents, and the wider multidisciplinary team

- Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes

- Building positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and a love of learning

You

We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Experience teaching within UK primary schools or specialist SEN settings

- A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs

- Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills

- An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one
