Summary

Our client is a young lady aged 21 years, diagnosed with ADHD and Epilepsy. She would like support to develop her independence at home and in the community. She enjoys singing in the choir, dancing, bowing and shopping and is open to exploring new opportunities.

Whilst our client is able to meet her own personal care needs she does need support and regular prompts. You will also be expected to support her in undertaking domestic tasks such as washing, cleaning and cooking.

We are looking for a calm, nurturing self-employed Personal Assistant who is patient, supportive and willing to take time to build a positive working relationship.

Hours available 8.5 per week with an additional 2 nights per month.

Experience of supporting individuals with Epilepsy is essential, as our client has tonic clonic and absence seizures; training can be provided.

You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is essential, as is access to a car.

We will require evidence of liability insurance, UTR number and DBS.

You will provide regular invoices; payment will be made electronically.
