Summary

The purpose of the post is:

Is to lead on improving teaching and learning in Travel and aviation,

Be responsible for promoting good student attendance, punctuality and discipline

To lead on key curriculum-related processes

To supervise staff to support high quality teaching and learning

To be the lead IV for the curriculum area as appropriate

To develop links with external agencies which enrich the curriculum

To manage annually agreed key project/s

Assist the Director in setting and meeting programme area targets including student numbers, full cost targets and course viability
