Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic /Laundry Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our premises, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all residents, visitors and staff.
Previous experience working in a care home is considered an advantage, reflecting the importance of delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Clean and sanitise residents rooms, communal areas, and facilities according to established standards
Ensure all surfaces are dust-free, floors are swept and mopped, and waste is disposed of appropriately
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly for repair
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to maintain a safe environment
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition and stock inventory as needed
Laundry duties including washing, drying, folding and transporting residents clothes.
In addition, you will be responsible for washing, drying, folding linen/towels (When scheduled to work in the Laundry)
Support other team members with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
