We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a highly respected, award-winning care provider in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the nursing and care teams on a daily basis

Ensure high standards of clinical care and medication management

Support care planning, risk assessments, and clinical audits

Monitor resident wellbeing and promote person-centred care

Mentor and develop nursing and care staff

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

Support compliance with CQC regulations and best practice

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Promote a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues
