Summary

Join a growing, privately owned business supplying innovative outdoor living products across the UK.

We are a successful and expanding company based in Pontllanfraith, near Blackwood, specialising in the distribution of high-quality composite decking, fencing and cladding products to trade and retail customers throughout the UK.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, converting enquiries into sales and ensuring customers receive a first-class service.

• Responding to customer enquiries by telephone, email and website.

• Providing product advice and preparing quotations.

• Following up quotations and sales opportunities.

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Building long-term relationships with trade and retail customers.

• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and maximise customer spend.

• Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and on-time delivery.

• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity.
