Summary

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide front of house/reception cover and general administration support to all CAMHS clinicians and managers, and their teams.

 

This is a full-time, fixed term contract.

 

Tower Hamlets (TH) Child and AdolescentMental Health Service (CAMHS)ispartoftheEastLondonNHSFoundation Trust& providescommunity-basedservicesfor children and young people with mental health problemsacross TH. The services are made up of various multi-disciplinary teams including the following teams; Triage Team, Neurodevelopment Team, Emotional and Behavioral Team, Complex Needs Teamand Mental Health Schools Team.

 

At CAMHS we work with children and young people up to the age of 18 years old. We arecommittedtoworkinginpartnershipwithserviceusers, their families&theirsocialnetworkstoprovidetreatment to young people suffering from mental health disorders including Depression, Psychosis, Eating Disorders, Self-Harm and Emotional Problems.

Ourclinicalteamsrely onefficient administration systems and processes. This includes accuratedata collection,reportingandefficientelectronicadministrative systemsmanagement.

Thepostholderwillberequiredtoworkinabusy anddemandingenvironmentand shouldbeabletoworkwithoutdirectsupervisionandtoexerciseinitiative.The abilitytomulti-taskisalso essential.

 

Thepostrequirestheabilitytoworkonowninitiativeandtoliaiseeffectivelywitha broadrangeofprofessionsandtomaintainclient confidentiality.
