About the role As Hospitality Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of hospitality services to ensure residents receive an outstanding daily experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading food service operations, working closely with chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
- Creating and delivering engaging activities programmes that promote wellbeing and social interaction
- Overseeing housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Managing maintenance issues promptly to keep the home in excellent condition
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues to support a community feel
- Monitoring budgets and controlling costs while maintaining service quality
