Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the role of a Van Technician in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Van Technician seeking a long-term position within a reputable, manufacturer-backed main dealership. Duties of a Van Technician:

- Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards on Light Commercial Vehicles

- Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults

- Conduct vehicle inspections and health checks

- Complete warranty repairs and general workshop tasks

- Ensure all work is performed safely, accurately, and within specified timescales

- Maintain detailed job cards and service documentation

- Collaborate effectively within the workshop team to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Level 3 NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

- Proven experience as a Van Technician, Vehicle Technician, or Commercial Vehicle Technician

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Full UK Driving Licence

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally
