Summary

Cleaner needed for Part time work in Newmarket, Suffolk

Local cleaners needed to work in private homes in Newmarket, Suffolk (and other areas) carrying out general cleaning and other domestic tasks. This is part-time up to a maximum of 16 hours a week, and often done while the homeowner is out of the house.

The range of tasks done by cleaners depends on what the homeowner requires. But they can include any of the following and maybe more:

dusting and polishing furniture

cleaning windows

vacuuming carpets

mopping floor tiles

ironing clothing

washing up pots and pans

For the vacancy, you need:

To enjoy carrying out practical tasks.

To be reliable and motivated.

Know-how of using household cleaning products and materials.

The ability to work without supervision.

To have high cleaning standards.

To work as part of a team with other cleaners, if necessary. Cleaners could be asked to do a one off blitz clean for a special occasion. For example, washing down paintwork and walls, clean out cupboards and shampoo carpets.

All cleaning products and materials shall be provided by the client. Payment shall be made on the day of each clean.
