We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Car Sales Executive in Poole, Dorset.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

- Manage an extensive inventory of used vehicles on-site

- Engage customers effectively, providing excellent customer service

- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

- Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets

- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles and finance options

- Build strong long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

- Assist with dealership administration related to sales transactions

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

- Proven experience in car sales, ideally as a Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Drive to meet and exceed sales targets

- Valid UK driving licence

- Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment

Nice to Have Skills:

- Main Dealer experience

- Knowledge of the Dorset area and surrounding markets

- Additional certifications related to automotive sales

Preferred Education and Experience:

- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership setting

Other Requirements:

- Valid UK driving licence

- Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as scheduled

- Willingness to learn and adapt as the dealership expands offerings
