We are advertising the position of Vehicle Technician on behalf of our client, a reputable independent garage located in Wellington, Somerset.

Duties of a of Vehicle Technician:

- Conduct diagnostic tests and accurately identify vehicle faults

- Perform routine maintenance and repair work including servicing, brakes, suspension, and engine repairs

- Complete work to high standards while adhering to deadlines

- Utilise diagnostic equipment and computer systems for vehicle analysis

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

- Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships

Requirements of a of Vehicle Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a similar setting

- Ability to diagnose and repair a broad range of vehicle faults

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and operational procedures

- Attention to detail with effective problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Capable of working effectively within a team environment
