Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician position at a reputable independent service centre in Exmouth, Devon.

Duties:

- Diagnosing faults and determining necessary repairs or maintenance procedures

- Performing routine servicing and light repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models

- Conducting MOT testing in compliance with DVSA standards

- Road testing vehicles to verify quality and safety

- Handling parts efficiently and responsibly

- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice to clients

- Maintaining accurate records of work completed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with skills in diagnostics and repairs

- Relevant experience in vehicle servicing and light repairs

- MOT licence highly desirable but not essential

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

- Good organisational skills and attention to detail

- Formal qualifications are not essential; relevant experience is highly valued

- Able to work Monday to Friday, with a professional and reliable approach
