Summary

Warehouse/Counterbalance Drivers WantedWe are looking for reliable and hardworking Counterbalance drivers to join our clients team during our busy autumn season. This is a 10-week temporary contract, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a counterbalance forklift truck to move seed throughout the warehouse and load lorries.Bagging seed into polypropylene tote bags.Carrying out general warehouse duties as directed by management.RequirementsValid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence. (Accredited)Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift.Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.Good communication skills.Good spoken English.Excellent attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Working HoursGroup AMonday to Friday: 4:30am – 3:00pmSaturday: 6:00am – 1:00pm£14 per hour weekly pay every WednesdayGroup BMonday to Friday: 3:00pm – 1:00am£15 an hour weekly pay every WednesdayShift allocation will be agreed by mutual agreement during the interview process.Job DetailsJob Type: Temporary to PermanentContract Length: 10 weeksPay: £14.00–£15.00 per hourBenefitsOn-site parkingLicence/CertificationCounterbalance FLT licence (required)
