Summary

A reputable dealership in Rayleigh, Essex is seeking a Semi Skilled Technician to join their busy workshop team. Benefits:

- Competitive basic salary of £29,410 per annum

- Potential to earn an OTE of £33,000

- Full-time position working 45 hours per week

- Working Monday to Friday with a rota of Saturday shifts

Duties:

- Provide technical and diagnostic services on a variety of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction

- Assist with inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles

- Maintain high standards of vehicle health checks and adhere to manufacturer guidelines

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and company policies

- Support senior technicians in workshop duties to develop skills

- Keep up-to-date with training and industry innovations to maintain technical knowledge

Requirements:

- Full UK driving licence

- Previous experience of inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles

- Experience working within a franchised dealership is advantageous but not essential

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and technical skill development
