Duties:

- Coordinating vehicle progression through workshop processes to ensure timely completion

- Liaising with service technicians, sales teams, and other departments to monitor vehicle status

- Providing regular updates to customers and internal staff regarding vehicle progress

- Managing relevant documentation related to vehicle handovers and delivery schedules

- Assisting with administrative tasks associated with vehicle movements, sales, and logistics

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a similar automotive administration or progress chasing role

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive attitude and attention to detail

- Knowledge of automotive workshop processes and vehicle logistics is highly desirable
