About the Role

Partou Leaps & Bounds is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitionerto take on the full time 40 hours per weekrole of Nursery Managerto ensure the smooth running of the setting.You will work towardsensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the EYFS. You willlead and inspire your team, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.

About You

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification

Maths GCSE

Strong EYFS knowledge

Proven experience leading a teamin an early years setting

- Passion for

early years education

- Confidence in supporting

children's learning and development

- Commitment to

safeguardingand continuous professional development
