Multi Drop Delivery Driver (3.5 Tonne) – BicesterLocation: BicesterJob Type: Temp to Perm (13 Weeks)Hours: 45 hours per week, working 5 days out of 6Start Time: Between 4:00am – 5:00amWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Multi Drop Delivery Driver (3.5 Tonne) to join our team in Bicester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 13-week temporary period.The RoleAs a Multi Drop Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders safely, accurately, and on time. You will be the face of the business on the road, delivering exceptional service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLoading customer orders onto your vehicle and ensuring their safe delivery.Taking ownership of customer deliveries and handling products with care.Representing the company professionally while driving safely, responsibly, and within legal requirements.Carrying out daily vehicle checks and looking after your assigned vehicle.Reporting any delays, shortages, damages, or delivery issues promptly.Following all company procedures, health & safety guidelines, and road traffic regulations.What We're Looking ForA valid UK Driver's Licence.Previous experience in a multi-drop delivery or similar driving role is desirable.Good communication and customer service skills.A positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and manage your daily route efficiently.Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.Physical RequirementsRegular lifting of products weighing up to 25kg (approximately the weight of a sack of potatoes).What's on Offer?Temp-to-perm opportunity after 13 weeks.Full training and ongoing support provided.Early starts with consistent working hours.Friendly and supportive team environment.Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing business.If you are a dependable driver who enjoys being on the road and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
