Warehouse Operative
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Are you looking for temporary work in the industrial industry? Workchain, a UK-based recruitment agency, is currently seeking Warehouse Operatives for our client in Burton-on-Trent. This exciting opportunity offers competitive pay rates of £10.50 to £11 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Perform general warehouse operations including picking, packing, and loading of goods- Maintain a clean and safe working environment- Follow strict health and safety procedures- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines- Conduct stock control and inventory checks- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles- Happy to work in temperatures of 5 degrees celcius
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is desirable, but not required- Good organizational skills and attention to detail- Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work well within a team and independently- Valid DBS check or application made/happy to make the application and provide reference number
