Summary
Location: Prestwick
Shift: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9am - 5pm
Salary: £31,500 - £33,000 per annum + Mitie Benefits

We're looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will lead cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring excellent service standards are delivered in line with SLAs while maintaining high levels of compliance and efficiency.
Role Responsibilities:
-Manage and support a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
-Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning activities to a consistently high standard
-Provide technical guidance and training, ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to
-Monitor cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and distribute uniforms as required
-Resolve issues professionally, escalating to the line manager where necessary
