Summary

ROLE: Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical BiasHOURS: 40 hours per weekLOCATION: Portsmouth, Hampshire PO3 5PQ

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to deliver electrical and basic mechanical maintenance activities across site infrastructure and building services systems.

Role Responsibilities:

-Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and repair on plant, equipment and building services systems

-Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and respond to reactive maintenance requests to minimise disruption to site operations

-Support maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, fans, belts, and bearings

-Assist with HVAC systems, motors, drives, and mechanical plant, diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs

-Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations, maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting minor installations and upgrades

Required Qualifications:

-Qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)

-Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience

-Practical knowledge of mechanical plant and equipment

-Experience working within facilities management, building services, or industrial environments

-Good understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements
