Summary
Role: Mobile Fabric Engineer (with electrical)Hours: 40 hrs/week Location: Camberley , GU16 7AL

We're looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer who will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general / fabric maintenance and support tasks across our clients sites.
Role Responsibilities:
-Minor building fabric repairs. including relamping of defective luminaries, minor decorating and minor plumbing repairs, furniture building.
-Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, flushing of little used outlets / water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.).
-Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours. (currently 1 in 3)
-Monthly utilities meter readings.
-Should have minor electrical experience.
-First line response to reactive repairs.
Required Qualifications:
-Full, current driving license
-Qualified to Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds in Fabric.
-Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, in a corporate or similar environment.
-Qualified in Electrical working - Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds - preferred but not essential.
