We're looking for an HVAC and BMS Manager to lead engineering services across a complex healthcare environment, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of maintenance and compliance activities. You'll play a key role in managing teams, contractors, and systems that keep critical facilities operating at the highest standards.
Role Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team delivering HVAC, BMS, and wider engineering maintenance services in line with PFI contracts and statutory requirements
-Ensure compliance with HTMs/HBNs and safe systems of work, acting as Authorised Person where required
-Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), lifecycle planning, and engineering inspections across site
-Manage subcontractors, contracts, and service delivery to ensure quality, value for money, and operational continuity
-Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, NHS clients, and external bodies, communicating complex technical information effectively
Required Qualifications:
-NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC discipline
-Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within facilities management or similar environments
-Strong understanding of engineering compliance, statutory requirements, and safe systems of work
