The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This will be a mix of general haulage work on a curtain sider. Starts range from 0630 - 0730 on average 10 - 11 hour days. 2 - 3 drops a day! They also run on Saturdays if you want them. This is block bookings with immediate starts runs are given the night before via text. Key Responsibilities:- Safely operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle- Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations- Conduct vehicle checks before and after each shift- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenanceQualifications:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC qualification- Minimum of 18 months of experience as a HGV Class 1 Driver- Good communication and customer service skillsIf you are a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Driver looking for temporary work in Tamworth, then we want to hear from you.
