Summary

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new opportunity within a reputable prestige dealership in Hertford? Our client, a well-established main dealer, is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. - Up to £38,000 basic salary plus bonus (up to £600 per month)

- Monday to Friday, 45-hour week

Duties:

- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with manufacturer standards

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

- Complete vehicle checks and documentation accurately

- Assist and mentor apprentices and junior team members when required

- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and training requirements

Requirements:

- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with Level 3 NVQ or equivalent (Level 2 considered if willing to progress)

- Minimum of 4 years’ franchise dealership or professional garage experience

- MOT Tester status is highly desirable

- Strong diagnostic and technical skills

- Full UK driving licence

- Reliable, proactive, and a team-oriented attitude
