Summary

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new opportunity within a reputable main dealership in Nottingham?

Our client is currently recruiting for a skilled MOT Technician to join their busy service department.

This role offers a highly competitive salary, ongoing manufacturer training, and excellent career progression prospects within a professional, well-established dealer group.

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 5:00pm

- Only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:00am – 1:00pm

Duties of a MOT Technician:

- Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards

- Diagnose faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

- Complete vehicle inspections and identify additional repair requirements

- Work efficiently and accurately to meet workshop targets

- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction

Requirements of a MOT Technician:

- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification

- Proven experience as a MOT Technician within a dealership or workshop environment

- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills

- Ability to work effectively within a team

- Full UK driving licence

- MOT licence is beneficial but not essential
