What You'll Be DoingSecurity Operations
-Providing a highly visible security presence across the site.
-Conducting internal and external patrols.
-Managing access control and visitor procedures.
-Monitoring site activity and responding to incidents appropriately.
-Maintaining accurate records and completing incident reports.
-Following site assignment instructions and operational procedures.
-Supporting emergency response procedures when required.
-Working closely with site management and the wider security team to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Health & Safety
-Identifying and reporting potential hazards and security risks.
-Ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures.
-Responding confidently and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
-Promoting a safe working environment for all site users.
Training & Development
-Completing all mandatory training and competency requirements.
-Taking ownership of your professional development.
-Maintaining an up-to-date SIA licence and relevant certifications.
-Learning new skills and embracing opportunities for career progression.
What We're Looking ForEssential✅ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence✅ Previous security experience✅ Enhanced DBS clearance (or ability to obtain)✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills✅ Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure✅ Strong attention to detail and observational skills✅ IT literacy and confidence using workplace technology✅ Flexible approach to working days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Desirable⭐ Experience working at corporate, infrastructure or high-security sites⭐ First Aid qualification⭐ Knowledge of health and safety best practice
