Sales Assistant

Conscious Retail ¦ Real Purpose

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked as 5 out of 7 days includes weekend working on a rota system

  • Location: Summertown

  • Salary: £12.71 per hour

  • Benefits: free secure staff parking

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Assistant with charm, confidence, and a great eye — someone who can turn a rail of clothes into a boutique moment and make every customer feel like a VIP.

  • Welcoming customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Creating displays that catch the eye and tell a story
  • Supporting donations with care and efficiency
  • Working alongside a brilliant team of staff and volunteers
