Summary

Our client, a reputable independent garage in Malvern, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with ongoing training and development prospects.

Benefits:

- Basic salary between £32,000 and £35,000, with a realistic OTE of £40,000

- Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends

- Closed Saturdays and Sundays

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

- Conducting vehicle servicing and routine maintenance

- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults accurately

- Performing a range of repairs, from standard servicing to larger mechanical jobs

- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and quality expectations

- Working efficiently within a fast-paced workshop environment

- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

- Level 3 vehicle technician qualification preferred; Level 2 considered with strong experience

- MOT licence would be a significant advantage

- Experience from a fast-fit centre, independent garage, or main dealer environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Good knowledge of current vehicle technology and repairs
