We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities:
-Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
-Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
-Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
-Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
-Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
What we're looking for:
-Experience in facilities management or building services.
-Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
-Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
-Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
-Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
