About the Role As aPatient Liaison Officer, you will: Manage referrals via e-RS and email, ensuring complete and accurate patient onboarding Coordinate triage calls, assessments, and follow-up appointments Provide technical and administrative support during virtual consultations Process and distribute clinical reports using EMIS and Hero Health Support titration scheduling, liaise with GPs, and manage aftercare communications Be the first point of contact for patient queries, offering clear, compassionate guidance
