Its services include food-focused warehousing, full-load and groupage transport, liquid food transport and tailored supply chain solutions across the UK and beyond, with an emphasis on traceability, quality and dependable delivery.The roleWe are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to support day-to-day transport operations from Banbury. This temporary, days-based position offers competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to work in a specialist logistics environment.Key responsibilities• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and responsibly• Complete deliveries and collections in line with planned schedules• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly• Ensure loads are secure and handled correctly• Complete delivery paperwork and other required records accurately• Maintain professional standards when dealing with customers, sites and other road users• Follow relevant road safety, transport and operational proceduresSkills and qualifications• Valid HGV Class 1 driving licence• Good understanding of safe driving and load security• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious approach• Ability to complete vehicle checks and transport documentation• Professional communication skills• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience is preferredBenefits• £17.50–£22.00 per hour• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employers• Day shifts• Temporary work in BanburyApply today.
