Its work includes moulded concrete components and other building products supplied across parts of the Midlands and southern England.The roleWe are seeking a Production Operative to join a busy industrial manufacturing environment in Witney. This temporary, days-based position would suit someone who enjoys practical work and can follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.Key responsibilities• Supporting the day-to-day production of precast concrete products• Preparing materials and work areas for manufacturing activities• Following production instructions and safe working procedures• Checking products for quality and reporting any issues• Moving, stacking or handling materials safely as required• Keeping work areas clean, organised and free from hazards• Working cooperatively with colleagues to meet daily production requirementsSkills and qualifications• A practical and reliable approach to work• Ability to follow instructions and work safely• Good attention to detail• Ability to work as part of a team• Physically capable of carrying out a hands-on production role• Previous manufacturing experience may be useful, but specific qualifications are not stated as essentialBenefits• Paid every Wednesday• Opportunity to be visible to local employersThis is a temporary opportunity with day shifts in Witney.
