Summary
Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for temporary work in Shrewsbury? Look no further! Start times are 0600 - 0700 - Monday to Friday this is general haulage curtain sider work. This client also has a depot based in Telford. Key responsibilities:- Safely operate a HGV Class 1 vehicle in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations- Complete deliveries and collections in a timely and efficient manner- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness- Maintain accurate records of driving activities and hours worked- Communicate effectively with the transport team and customersQualifications required:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC and Digi tacho card- Previous experience in a similar role- Good communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from £15 to £16 per hour.
