As an Operational Support Administrator (Operations and Events) you will join our cross-functional admin team. You will show a strong customer service approach to various administrative requests and provide reliable health and safety support within our head office. You will be a team player, comfortable working to a rota and sharing tasks with other team members. Your day-to-day tasks will vary - from responding to ad-hoc queries, through taking calls from members of the public, supporting internal and external groups with minute taking, managing data, to providing event management support. You will show good level of confidence in digital tools and high confidence in communicating with a variety of stakeholders. The is a hybrid role, with the role holder required to work in Head Office on a rota basis, usually two days per week for part-time colleagues. 19.5 hours per week form 0.6 full-time equivalent.
