Location: Doncaster DN1 Shift Pattern: 4 days out of 7 (rota provided) Weekend: One working weekend every 3 weeks Working Hours: 7am–7pm Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm Job Description As a Warehouse Operative / Counterbalance FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading goods. Moving and storing stock around the warehouse. Picking and preparing orders for despatch. Loading and unloading vehicles. Checking stock and reporting any discrepancies. Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely. Keeping the warehouse and working areas clean and organised. Following all Health & Safety procedures. Meeting daily production and performance targets. Working closely with the wider warehouse team. Carrying out general warehouse duties when required. Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by the Team Leader. The successful candidate will be: Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands. Punctual, reliable and trustworthy. Experienced in operating a Counterbalance FLT. In possession of a valid Counterbalance FLT licence. Comfortable carrying out general warehouse duties. Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures.
