Our world renowned logistics and supply chain client has asked us to recruit hardworking warehouse operatives to join their afternoon shift THIS IS A POTENTIAL TEMP - PERM OPPORTUNITY FOR THE RIGHT PERSON. THE ROLE: - As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for order picking barrels of beer and loading them onto vehicles all in a safe manner. - The role involves a lot of manual handling, all stock is alcohol, barrels and cases. - They will be required to move this around the warehouse, picking loads and getting these ready for the drivers for when they arrive back to depot to load the vehicles. You will be fully trained on all warehouse duties. - You will may also have to work outside in the yard unloading and sorting the empty barrels brought back from the venues. - Other General Warehouse Operative duties will be required. SHIFT DETAILS: - Afternoon Shift - 2pm-10pm - Sunday-Thursday (fixed shift). - 37.5 hours paid per week. - OT Available - Starting hourly rate of £13.50ph then rises up to £14.21ph after 12 weeks. - Additional £50 per month bonus if you drive Counterbalance or Reach FLT, then and extra £50 a month bonus if you drive both.
