Warehouse Operative – Avonmouth (BS35 4BR) Please note: Avonmouth is a fresh distribution centre, and this role involves working in a chilled environment. Own transport is essential due to the shift start and finish times. Current Shift Availability Dawn Shift • 04:00am – 12:00pm | Any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) Twilight Shifts • 16:00pm – 00:00am | Any 5 nights out of 7 (including weekends) • 18:00pm – 02:00am | Any 5 nights out of 7 (including weekends) Important: These roles operate on a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, so flexibility to work weekends is required. You will receive your rota well in advance, allowing you to plan your work-life balance. Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour Night Premium: An additional 25% premium is paid for qualifying night hours. Performance Bonus: Earn extra on top of your hourly rate based on performance: • 88%+ Performance: +£0.30 per hour • 92%+ Performance: +£0.60 per hour • 99%+ Performance: +£1.00 per hour Experience Previous warehouse experience and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience are preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
