An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recovery Support Worker (RSW) to join the Carshalton & Wallington Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH). The Carshalton & Wallington Integrated Recovery Hub is a community-based mental health service for working-age adults between 18 to 70 years, who have experienced severe and enduring mental illness. The Carshalton & Wallington IRH works collaboratively with clients, their carers and networks with the aim of minimising the impact of mental disorder has on their lives. The friendly team is made of integrated health and social care professionals. We work in close partnership with GPs, Housing, Police and other key partners, including voluntary organisations. Carshalton & Wallington IRH is a stable and cohesive team built on mutual trust, collaboration, teamwork and support. This largely explains our stability and very little or no turnover. Successful applicants will work as part of a Multidisciplinary Team as Recovery Support Worker. The High Dependency Unit (HDU) is a fast-paced and an integral part of the critical care service. Must be able to work a mixture of long days, bank holidays and nights to meet service requirements. We are seeking an individual with a strong clinical background and well-developed leadership skills. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing leadership and clinical oversight across a range of services within HDU and ensuring high standards of care. The role involves coordinating and supporting patient pathways, while offering guidance and support to patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team. To provide the highest standard of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individualised, holistic patient care in conjunction with the inter-professional team.
